  • Usage data: The number of projects you have generated and your current generation quota.
  • Payment information: When you purchase a lifetime membership, payment is processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store your credit card or full payment credentials. We receive payment confirmations from Stripe (such as transaction identifiers) and use your account ID to unlock unlimited access.
  • Log data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the NextGen service.
  • Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth.
  • Track your generation quota and unlock unlimited access after purchase.
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

NextGen uses the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth: Used for user authentication. Your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Used for payment processing and Checkout. See stripe.com and Stripe's Privacy Policy for how Stripe handles payment data. We do not receive your full card number.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication is handled via industry-standard OAuth 2.0, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS.

7. Children's Privacy

NextGen is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
