1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

NextGen is operated by EasonK7, an individual. This service is provided entirely online and does not maintain a physical retail location. For any inquiries, please contact us at nextjsgen-help@easonk7.com.

2. Description of Service

NextGen is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that generates Next.js full-stack project template code based on user-defined configuration. The generated code is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file for the user to use in their own projects.

Project generation is available exclusively to lifetime members. A one-time lifetime membership purchase grants you unlimited access to generate projects at any time, with no usage caps.

3. Account Registration

To use NextGen, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Payments

The lifetime membership is a one-time payment that grants unlimited access to NextGen's project generation features permanently.

You purchase directly from the operator of NextGen. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials; Stripe collects payment details subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and applicable Stripe terms (stripe.com/legal).

All sales are final. Because NextGen delivers digital products (downloadable source code) immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions and full details. For billing questions, contact us using the information below.

5. License and Use of Generated Code

The code generated by NextGen is provided for your personal and commercial use. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the generated code in your own projects. There is no attribution required.

You may not resell or redistribute NextGen itself, or use NextGen to build a competing code generation service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or generation quotas through automated means.
• Share your account credentials with others to bypass usage limits.
• Use the Service to generate code intended for malicious software.

7. Intellectual Property

The NextGen platform, including its design, user interface, and underlying code generation logic, is owned by the operator of this service. The generated output code is yours to use freely as described in Section 5.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated code will be suitable for every use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
