Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

NextGen is operated by EasonK7, an individual. All purchases made on NextGen are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a lifetime membership, you immediately receive access to generate unlimited Next.js project code. The deliverable is a downloadable ZIP file containing source code — a digital product that is made available to you in full at the time of purchase. Because the digital content is delivered and accessible immediately upon payment, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a transaction has been completed.

2. Nature of the Product

NextGen sells a digital, intangible product. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" after delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing.
• The digital content (generated source code) is delivered immediately and cannot be un-delivered.
• You waive any right to a cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified technical failure — specifically, where a charge was processed but access to the lifetime membership was not granted due to a confirmed system error on our end. In such cases, please contact us promptly with evidence of the issue and we will investigate and resolve it.

Refund requests based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with generated output, or any other reason unrelated to a verified technical failure will not be accepted.
